PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION FORM FOR STUDENTS (2017-2018)
The Scituate Education Foundation (SEF) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to benefit the community by funding innovative educational programs with the support of a diverse group of public and private organizations. SEF seeks to work with various students, teachers and community members who are willing to be photographed or video taped in academic and community settings that will convey the mission stated above. The images and footage from these photography/video sessions will be used both online (website and social media) and in print for publicity and promotional purposes.
